Galant engine flush* common problem for all galants

Hello recently ive heard that an engine flush to a galant's engine will normallly cause reptitive sound to the engine ?
is this true ?
if so what can we do to prevent this from happening ?

Hey Eddy, welcome to the club. As far as I know, if the engine is flushed properly you shouldn't have an issue. Many members here use the Amsoil flush with no detrimental effects.

It sounds to me like you are describing the lash adjuster tapping noise. This occurs because the adjusters are partially blocked - flushing the engine should cure the problem rather than make it worse.

if anything using a good engine flush or putting in an additive like Proma will reduce the noise of the tappets

My tappets were very loud when I bought the car, A good flush and Refill with fully synth oil and no more tappet noise .
