He is just meaning the small stick on plastic visor things which you find at the top of the door frame, above the window, on most JDM spec cars. Only JDM cars seem to have them. Not sure if they serve any real purpose - they might stop the windows leaking when you get very heavy monsoon rain? Or let you open the windows a bit and not get too wet - something of that order.

haha this was me who sold it, I was testing the water didnt want to put it on too low and be left wondering how much I could have got seeing as Ive heard of these going for $80+ at wreckers
