Stickers arn't sent with renewals. There is always a gift, and which one depends on which year renewal you are on.

So far the list has been:

Last time it was a mouse mat, this year a pen is on its way to you (if not already there)
Now that renewals have got to the stage for some where repeats would occur, another "gift" is being devised. So therefore I have still sent renewals out, so that something is seen, but renewals such as Mark4 will in fact get another mail once this is finalised. These renewals are all highlighted as a requirement on the database so that we know who needs what etc.
Bradc, manlove????? oh havn't you got an engine somewhere to go and fiddle with/pan oh and:iloveyou: (in a manly kind of way)
TBH did expain this in the members area and Mr PSB did you want another pen?

We are aware of these issues and believe me the tech guys are doing their best to sort it. There has been an awful lot of work for them to do since the handover and it will be done. Unfortunately, it's one of the areas I can't help with, I just press the buttons, but when it comes to programs and codes 'n things uh uh/pan

club vr4 filofax would rock though, could have it printed out with all the show dates, with a mini VR4 calendar in there.....actually that would probably be a bit expensive, bur i would have one

I have got one complaint about membership.... every other club Im in I get an email or a letter through the post saying my membership is due for renewal. From what I can tell all we get on here is a post that if you miss tough. I imagine you would get more renewals if you sent people an email with a link to paypal they could click to pay the new subs.

There is an automated reminder sent a few days before expiry Richard....of course this relies on people keeping their email address up to date and also checking their spam boxes.

Yep, Richard your membership ran out in November 2007. There is always a post in the members section reminding people and untill very recently everybody has always had a PM from me also. This was then dropped when we proved the auto reminder system is indeed working correctly (of which I had my doubts at first but proved wrong!!). Not quite sure what more I can do, as even with all three systems running I was still getting "I've had no reminder"
Beastlee, as per our other thread, your pack was indeed sent to your UK address on 03/03/08 so the redirect may well have missed. Give it a week and if still nothing then post or PM me

so i figured things have changed, to realise hey.. membership is expired.
Sooo, i check all emails. - No reminders, i checked the membership renewals few days ago and nothing. So no reminders sent out.

Apologies mate, the subscription manager is supposed to do all that crap, but there seem to be some inconsistencies.

There were a load of NZ membership expire, so chances are there will be quite a few in the same boat as you.

As I said, apologies for the inconvenience... hopefully we can figure out what isn't happening correctly with the subscription manager :(

Looks like I missed the renewal email too.
When PayPal recognises my credit card details (tried 2 different cards but it can't confrirm details. grrr /wall ) I will renew.
