Where do you see this error (I.E. Where do you click) - Does it happen all the time?

Strangely enough, I'm not suffering this at the moment. It does seem to come and go at random. It usually occures for me when accessing the home page. It opens the page then goes to look for profile.php, which it cant find, it then displays the error message. Clicking on the homepage link from there is always OK.
