We've all been fairly slack lately, is it the price of petrol or a lack of enthusiasm?

Anyway, I really enjoyed the run we did down to Hamilton and Tauranga back in 2005, is anyone keen to do something similar, perhaps just straight down through Waihi to Tauranga for lunch and then back?

Nice long drive, good chance to have fun going through the gorge or kaimai ranges depending on the route, and a nice long run to give the cars.

I'm thinking perhaps Saturday 10th of May because school holidays are soon and we don't want to get stuck in lots of traffic.

Prefer the Matamata route to Tauranga myself.

I'm keen - have never done the Matamata way before.

Saves at least 1/2 an hour plus nice long straights and then the awesome hill climb just before Tauranga.

A dyno day would be good. Quite a few of us have done some work on our cars since the last dyno day and it would be interesting to see the results.

I've never been to a Dyno day before. I'd want to have my oil changed before going though.

I second (or third) the Dyno day, means I can still do all my work at home and go out :)

Richard, when I said Kaimai ranges I was referring to the matamata day. Sounds like we might be heading towards two meets, a dyno day and a drive

I need to fit my EBC (preferably before 19th May track day), so a dyno would be good after that to see what difference it makes.

We could meet you up in Hamilton or something :)

:D That would make it easy for me haha, I dont mind meetin anywhere you guys plan to.

What about all meetin up at the Taupo track day that might be coming up? Halfway to meet the Welly guys......
I might have to be reduced to spectating at the dyno/ track, some unexpected bills means I'm stuffed if anything breaks!

Well I'm going to be at the Taupo trackday - at the moment numbers are a bit low (although it is still a few weeks away) so sign up and get some track time in :)
