Well now that I've got all the Amsoil here for Ryan, Richard, and William I was thinking it might be nice to have a workshop day next weekend. Due to the short notice I don't expect it to be too big, so it might just be an oil change meet, but is everyone keen to do this?

Richard, I know you were thinking of coming out tomorrow, dunno if you'd like to delay it until next weekend?

As for the actual day, I will be home all weekend, so we'll base it on what you fella's decide.

Next weekend Sunday 27 clashes with another meet I have.

I just need to collect. No need to change anything for me.

Saturday might be good ?

Brad, I've just remembered that I've got something on next weekend as well (mother in law's birthday) so won't be able to make it :(

ok, sounds like next weekend is just too busy for everyone. The weekend after that is 3rd-4th of May, is that date better?

We could try for that I'll post a poll for that weekend. Winning day gets it.

I'll wait and see how drivable my car is next weekend, but i could be keen for the 3rd (saturday.. unless you're thinking next year??:P)

 If it is i'll probably do a little celebration tour of auckland anyways, even if i cant make the meet. Sundays iv got sailing again these days, but oh well.

What time will this all be kicking off?

bradc

normally they start around 10am Jo. Feel free to turn up at about 2-3pm though, by that stage we'll be hungry and we will need a cook :)

hmmm, might be able to do that for you brad :p

I have a triathlon that morning that starts at 7, so all going to plan I'd be finished by 10:30 - so as long as Kenny can fit my bike in the back of the galant we should be able to go straight to your place. (I'll just be smelly all day!)

I'll be there Saturday. Apart from an oil change, my car needs a really good clean!

Just had a look at this thread:

http://www.clubvr4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=31264

After doing my oil change etc I'd really like to give my a car a KieranCorp (TM) style clean, inside and out. I also like clean cars but having been so busy at work and other things, I've not had a chance.

Any other takers?

Weather permitting naturally...

I might do, especially if you cross my palm with a beer or similar :) I'm sure Brad must have some sort of turbo charged vacuum at his place.

when you linked to that I thought uhh oh, he's going to link to the smoking thread, but no, you linked to something just as bad!

I have no problem using a vacuum cleaner weekly on my company car, and I've even removed the seats on my legnums to clean everything, and once got a paint brush to clean between the gaps and in the air vents, but there is no way I'm polishing the outside of a car! They are meant to be driven, not fondled over!
