hi i have a front light out...i checked the bulb but it is ok and i tried it whith a new bulb so why does it not work?

Hi try checking the connectors and the contacts for the bulb also check your loom is ok

cheers nick the connection seems to be fine and the wires in to it look fine...it could be a fuse but the covers missing on the fusebox.do u know where to find a fusebox diagram for my g reg galant 2l glsi?cheers

it could be the fuse most japs have seprate fuse for left and right lights

The VR4 does have seperate fuses for each headlamp and tail light so you could be right about that being the issue.

Can't help with the 6G but the fuses on the 8G VR4 are in the engine bay fuse box and numbered as follows:

5:Left headlight (15A)
6:Right headlight (15A)
7:Left tail light (10A)
8:Right tail light (10A)

Could try pulling them all out and checking them ?

thanks for the info.my fusebox is in the drivers footwell, looks like i will have to pull em all out then like u say,trouble is thers about 30 of em.
