Just about to purchase a Jap import. What do the green AYC lights on the dash indicate. I've test driven but lights did not light up. Was I driving it too carefully!

Also I need a copy of an english version of the handbook! Can anyone help, I will of course pay all costs.

The lights indicate the stages in which the AYC is working, the more lights the more it's working.

On 'normal' driving you will rarely see them on.

Make sure the 'red' AYC warning light comes on when you turn on the ignition and then goes off once the system has been checked.. just like the ABS, oil lights etc, if it doesn't then you have a fault and usually a very expensive fault at that.

best suggestion I can make on that one is drive round a corner like you've never done before, untill your a**e twitches !!! only then will you see the lights come on !!! :-D :-D ENJOY !!!
