Hey anyone interested in this ?:speechles

Just checking to see if there's anyone looking for a Kiwi new VR4. /rally

This is the same car used by "High Performance Imports" magazine for their review, as can be seen in our Resource library here (http://www.clubvr4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14778) (Members only - sorry) /pan

This is Dixon8's car. I've posted this on his behalf as he's having trouble with image attachments at the moment.

He's been looking at changing cars and is not having much luck getting dealers wanting to trade or sell on his behalf. /Grrr

I may have considered it if it wasn't for that ghastly steering wheel... Ja that, and I have no space for another car *sob*

What does he want for it out of interest?

theyre working, you cant put captions underneath them tho.

pictures are fine...
when you upload your pics... dont attach them once theyre loaded. ( or else u will get those attached codes come up. ) they will automatically get loaded when you post your message.

BMW dixon? come on .... hahaha

Unless you're getting an E31, E38, or current model M6, it is a downgrade, don't do it!

If it's still on the market next year(God forbid) I'll be looking for another VR4 hopefully and that's a fairly nice one.

Are you going to ask for extra/less with/without the rims?

well I did it, bought a 2000 E46 motorsport sedan 5 speed steptronic !

went to Napier last weekend and it was different to drive than my VR4, felt the uneven surface more. certainly much better on gas though !

I'm open to offers as is whether the 17" wheels on or off, depends on the deal offered.

downgrade :)

Did you get a 330i?

no got a Jap imported 328i - motorsport trim with 18" alloys and sunroof

goes ok but not as powerful as the VR4

328's are good fun, my mate used to enjoy racing his E36 around the dirt roads where I lived back in SA... I've always liked the BMW straight 6 engine note...

Come to think of it, I've always liked BMWs /yes although I do wonder why you replaced a perfectly good VR-4 with one?

Think I must be one of the few people who DO like the wooden 'old man' steering wheel...

Anyway, a towbar is mentioned, but I can't see any fittings for it (especially on the rear underside shot, looking at the exhaust) - that might need some clarification for potential buyers.

There is one - but the shown pics dont show it..

Can attest that a trailer and D's driving dont mix... /pan /rally
