Hi all I am trying to locate a speedo for a Vr4 Legnum. The original was a kmh unit and I am looking to replace with the same. It is converted to wind up in Mph.

You should be able to remove the converter chip from the loom then - They all read in KMs from the factory and a converter is spliced in when they land in the UK - Find the converter and you'll be back to KM/H again.:scholar:

Oh right, I see.
Daft as it sounds, if it's just that the speedo needle doesn't move, check the converter - Quite often they're spliced in a hurry and the solder joints can go dry - Hence no speedo pulse, hence no reading. :)
But, if the whole lot's failed, then scratch that suggestion!
i have a VR4 speedo with 95000 km on clock, from a 99 vr4 facelift legnum
pm your offer pls if interested
