How to

Remove old front seats. Take care of the seatbelt switch the plug is under the carpet to the front on the sill side of the seat( if that makes sense)
Remove the runner from the EVO seats you can use the seat belt socket so no need to change. The switch

I used about 1.3m of steel plate50mmx5mm

Cut 2 lengths off 1 about 660mm and 1 about 700 to go as diagonals
In 1 drill 2 holes about 11mm diameter with 615mm between centers and on was 630mm between centers
trim off the corners to suit
Fit these length diagonally
I also bent the stud in the floor to a more vertical position
To mount seat to diagonals drill and tap m8 ( or any bolt and tap combo you have)to suit correct position

tapped holes missing as the camera pics all screwy
I used a 2 washers on the front of the rail as there is a small screw to stop the seat falling off the runners. This also help the seat adjuster clear the cross piece
On the rear it was about 20mm spacer on the inside rear and about 40mm on the outside rear to level the seat

Nice work.

Question for NZ members:
A homemade mount like that would not be legal in NZ, without an LVV certificate would it?
