why do you need one? does it have play? reason i ask is because mine got failed on play in those arms but i was then told by mitsi it was supposed to be like that, so i got i passed

tihs is what i was told by autolign and mitsi -

non turbo galants and lancers hhave solid bushes.

vr4s and evos have rose joints - hence they have play in those arms.

so if that is the case they would be different to thhe ones in that auction??

one side play,
in the inner bush.

you can rotate the arm around,
but you should be able to move it in or out.

and i was told by autolign it shouldnt.
(one of mine dosent, so why should the other)

and caps shows as just being a normal arm. with normal bush

yep i asked for that auction mike :P

ok,

so been doing some caps research,

appears that theres a different part number for turbo/non-turbo models,

not a different number for fwd/4wd models as one would think.

there is a 3rd part number which i cant work out what is for??

i wonder if there is an actual differance in arms?? or just part numbers??!

ok, from what chassis numbers ive gathered....

here are the part numbers for the right rear toe control arms....

all VR4's
MR325256

all Non-turbo 4WD's
MR162572

all FWD's
MR124294

the 4wd's (Turbo and N/A)
use the same pass thru bolt on the sub frame,

the FWD has a different one.
