Does anyone know if EVO 6 brake calipers and disks fit on a VR4. I know Brian has successfully fitted Evo 7 brake disks and calipers to the front of his VR4.

Yep, 6 and 7 are identical. Fronts will fit easily, although you need 17" wheels. I'm still trying to work out how to get the rears to fit :INSERT INTO post VALUES (

Yes the brake on the Evo 5 to 7 can fix a VR4 easily, the mounting point is exactly the same, the problem lies only on the choices of rims, cause the Brembo brake caliper is so thick if the wrong design of rim and the offset is wrong, that is bad luck:Cry1:

for rims, oz racing from evo6 INSERT INTO post VALUES (offset 38, 7.5j); enkei from evo7 INSERT INTO post VALUES (offset 38, 8j) or even genuine mit for evo7 INSERT INTO post VALUES (offset 38, 8j) would all fit nicely. 215/45r17 is the min tyre size. 225/45r17 looks the best! :D

will Volk racing CE28 rims fit on the brembos? They are offset 42 and 7.5 they also have a 3mm spacer included

andygy is right that ultimately it will be the spoke design of the rims that determine if the brembo calipers would fit or not. although INSERT INTO post VALUES (i do think) rims with 40+ offset might have difficulty accommodating the thick calipers... ;)
