FS: breaking 97 leggy

as the title says I am breaking a 97 white legnum estate , eveyrthing on there apart from engine (auto)

John, does it have those wind deflector things on the doors? Need the front passenger one.

Also need the engine cover (the big one that goes over the front bank).

Does it have the standard spoiler? I need the little front piece that gets removed for towing.

Orionno2 - noted, both parts available but will need to just check condition of flexi on the bottom.

Anthony - read door handles noted, I think it has standard springs, will check.

atikali2000 - beige moo cow interior in good condition, some wear on drivers bolster as usual.

martin_y - yes has wind deflectors, they may already be spoken for but your interest is now noted. No towbar.

Hello mate, I have a pre face lift 1997 Legnum estate. And i desperately need a wheel bearing hub carrier for drivers front wheel. I have changed passenger side but the drivers side wheel bearing is ceased. so i have a new wheel bearing waiting to go in to aother carrier. I cannot drive it any more as it is very very noisy, used to make noise at 40 mph and get less at 80+ now starts at 20mph and gets worse.
Please let me know if you can get yours off and how much. i am in Coventry midlands so can collect it no probs.

main inside mirror and also you know them black tweater covers need both them too- gave them things to don when i thought i was breaking mine /duh/duh/duh/duh/duh


also about the wind deflectors it sounds like the other bloke needs them more than me so am not interested in them that much as like u pointed out , estate shape doors are very different

Stuart, when I had my Powerflow exhaust done on my V6, I had the flexi replaced too, and they charged me £70+VAT.

Just saying that so you have an idea of how much a new one might be. If John's or pezza's are in good nick, then that might be best for you! Food for thought anyways.

dont think the pipe is good enough to take a weld, so i am looking for a replacement. it went after i fitted a ss exhaust. its the usual thing replace one bit and the rest fails due to messing about with the system.

No everything is still on the car at the minute , but the plan this weekend is to shell it , so as from early next week all bits will be available , same goes for my car

Thanx John - haven't even taken my door card off yet - just had that awful bang noise last night as the window dropped into the door.

Might be just a plastic bit thats snapped (motor still runs) but I'd rather have another complete assembly ready to fit or swap bits over before I delve into the problem too deeply.

he he no only got back from breaking it about 30 mins ago , will take them tomorrow afternoon and post up . But i am correct Lee there just two plates that screw onto the headunit and slot into the surround
