I am about a week away from getting my first VR4, a purple (mauve) 1997 import Legnum with 60K on the clock.

Got to this forum through the internet search engines when I have been looking for more information before deciding to go for it.

My previous two cars have been Rover 620Ti's so it is time for a change.

I look forward to sucking as much information from this site as possible so I can avoid destroying another engine/duh and if there is anything I can pass on I will (won't be much to start with)

/Welcome2!

You're certainly not the first ti to VR-4 convert! Hopefully you will enjoy your Leggie lots when you get it.

Get some pics posted up so we can drool, and the membership fee is the best £20 a year you can spend. The Amsoil discount more than makes up for it!

Hey... /Welcome Sun dodger.

Just seen where you come from. I grew up in Torpoint and Spirit and White Lightening are Cawsand boys. Small world.

Good luck with the impending purchase.

Welcome to the club mate. Your IN safe hands here. They even let an old git like me out to play with boys on track sometimes.

Get some pics up when the car arrives

Great to see the West Country contingent growing.

Thanks for the welcomes, thats me joined up as a member now.

I should be getting the car next Wednesday, just waiting for some paintwork to be tarted up, some spanking new 17's and a full Lifelong stainless exhaust - I should be able to get some pictures up by next weekend/toycar
