Can someone tell me where I can get a grounding kit?

As I can't find any companies.

Any help is much appreciated.

I got mine by mail order from Takakaira in Japan - see here (http://www.takakaira.co.jp/asp/template.asp?id=817&cat=2&prodID=NOoKlLlgiHjfmIhfgGpMnmqNOoKLrqjhjinfgGKMLmq NOoKlLlgiHjfmiIfgGpMpmqNOoKLNOoKlLlgiHjfmiI). Not cheap, but good quality.
