These are the polybushs for the front upper suspension arms from energy suspension. I don't need them now as I'm fitting a camber control kit.
£20 delivered.

wot benefits do these offer if just using lowering springs???

They will further stiffen the suspension and improve the handling and if you still have the original bushes they will possibly not be in great shape after 10 years on the car.

Where exactly do these go? (please speak in idiotese :happy: ) When I get the lowering springs fitted how much more of a job is it to fit these at the same time?
I'm thinking, like you said, worn bushes after 11 years on the road and maybe get them done at same time as springs and brakes.

They go right at the top of the front suspension arm.

If you're fitting lowering springs you've already done 90% of the work you need to do to get these in, so you might as well do them at the same time
