hey..i've sprung a bad leak and need to replace the Seal that "Locks" the Transfercase to the Gearbox (manual). Anyone know the part number of this? many thanks in advance!!!

There are two seals between the gearbox and transfer box. A large O ring round the ouput shaft, and a much smaller O ring above and to the right (looking at the mounting face of the transfer box).
I don't have part numbers to hand though.

If it is then I have the same problem. I'm still searching through CAPS but can't see anything that resembles this.

I don't think there is a seal there .It is just something similar to RTV. It is used on a few bits of the engine and gearbox

Thanks to Silicon Angel on OZVR4 it's "Manual Transmission liquid gasket, part number MD997740".
