Hi all
Can anybody help?.
I bought a Galant 2.5 V6 off ebay the oil light was on when i bought it but the guy said it was just the switch that needed changing, so i drove it home 150 miles and there were no problems.
I have since changed the switch and performed an engine flush with oil cleaner and new oil and filter have been fitted, i have also driven another 150 miles and still have no problems with the car itself but the oil light remains on all the time.
I have had the car up to full revs no problem and dont think its an oil pressure problem given the miles i have driven since owning the car.
I would be greatefull of any help or ideas.
