Hey there.
Got some money burning a hole in my car trouser pockets.
Thinking about getting "new era" to source me one or if anyone has a tidy pre modded or even standard model?
Could maybe stretch to a leggie, but would prefer a galant.
Is there any manual UK VR4's out there? or was it not an option?
thanks.

watch out with importing - if its younger than 10years old you need it SVA'd - there is no type report yet.
There was post on here the other week about a 2001 manual VR4 on auto trader -
"There is a silver manual VR4 2001 for sale near me at the Mitsubishi dealer for £7k http://search.autotrader.co.uk/es-uk...=&max_mileage="
Advert has expired.....
I think it was in aberdeen.. could be this lot http://www.aberdeen.mitsubishi-cars.co.uk/contact.asp?d=000110

thanks for the welcome..
guess i'll just have to keep checking the forums and take my time.. :c
does anyone know how much more it costs to insure an import compared to a uk car??
not really fussed about colour, i think i'd rather have fate decide for me!!
thanks again. :D

Well putting individual variations aside such as age, location and convictions etc, my UK Galant VR-4 Estate is apparently more to insure than an imported Legnum...
...at least according to one insurance company!

My previous UK Ralliart VR4 was the same price to insure as my current fresh import.

Hi and welcome to the club.
If you were here few months ago, I was in bad financial situation and I was thinking about selling mine. Y reg UK Galant around 65k on the clock.
Unfortunately (or fortunately for me) that is no longer an option :D

Welcome to ownership, and enjoy!

It's never-ending argument about the colour mate.
Whatever anybody says, they all know that the SILVER is the best :D :D :D
