Just looked at that and it is great thing to have setup.

I would be able to prepare for events much better and local meet could be setup and be visable to everyone with out having to be looking at the last 24 hour post every day.

as well as having birthdays, etc.

This is a great idea and the link to the persons home page/gallery, etc would be great.

we need one.

and if you tell me we already have one that nobody uses tell everyone about it.

It's tucked down in the bottom right hand corner but you can't do much with it. I think what I'll do is add it to the 'Resources' drop down menu at the top maybe?

If I can remember how..../pan

How come we dont have a club calender showing members cars.

Iam quite sure that photos would be a plenty at club meetings and somebody would get them printed up for a resonable amount, to make into calenders. (The fella that did the special effect photos, is an idea.)

Maybe abit of the money that was made, from the procedes could go to something for the club.(VR4 club display number plates could be a good idea and then club members could cover up there plates for photos to be taken at big meetings).

Do some sort of a lottery for who gets there cars on the different monthes.

Yep, I did the first year, then Jane did the second year. It was a bit of a nightmare to arrange and administer......but if someone wants to have another go then feel free.

Out of interest, this thread shows the 2006 pics: http://www.clubvr4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12565

Do you have it set for your birthday to show on the forums page?????
A couple of people have mentioned that they haven't had a happy birthday thread but haven't set it to show up.

It is also down to someone to start the thread.... I am not on every day to do it.

As this old chestnut has been raised again - lets get the facts straight - the calendars themselves didn't cause ANY problems at all ..................

Cheers,

Could you Pm me with some ideas.

I've done my own limited runs for the past few years and found that printers generally are more expensive, as the quantities just aren't big enough, so I use online companies.

The one I use now is really nice quality, on shiny paper - although I cannot for the life of me find their details!!

I'll dig about tonight and try to find them if you want them?

Cheers,

Jane
