Membership query

Can anyone help! Payed for full membership on 1st sept, everything worke fine. Went away for a week came back and found that I've been demoted back to a registered user. What to do?

we had a system outage, one of the results was new users data was mulched somewhere. Am sure a moderator will be along in a bit to sort it out

what vr4 do you have and any pics for us please?

Contact one of the commitee members, the site has had some hiccups over the last few days and some information has been lost!
