Could you use this to convert your AYC car to a proper mechanical diff? How hard would it be to do it?

Why would you want a normal diff? A good LSD I could appreciate......but this is just a recipe for understeer, surely?
Anyhow, I believe to change the diff you have to do the shafts as well, and (I'm less sure on this) that the drive ratio is the same.
Any corrections?

It doesn't say if it is LSD or not. If it was LSD I would imagine the guy would mention the fact it is an LSD.
So I'm guessing it is a diff from an ST-R or 2.4 Viento (5 stud hubs) and I have no idea if they are the same ratio as a VR-4, and I think Steve is right about changing the shafts.
If your AYC is working I see no reason at all to change to this diff.
