FS: CVR4's most famous VR4 - SOLD

Well, certainly the most viewed car in the members gallery and it's certainly unique in it's current attire - yes, it still has the Jack Daniel's logo's on it !

I think it's safe to say most people on here know this car. If you don't, it's a 1999 Type-S, tiptronic gearbox and has Recaro interior and sunroof.

Anyhow, it's time to put her up for sale. She just isn't being used, and it's about time she found a new owner to keep her heart beating. Current mileage is 78k. The car was registered 11/99.

The car has been maintained at all costs, and we literally have a file full of paperwork and invoices. For example: the cambelt, tensioner, water pump and plugs were all changed at 71k miles and the turbos replaced at 72k miles. The car has FMSH until I bought it and then AP Motors in Plymouth have always looked after her since. Oils etc have always been replaced usually well in advance of when required.

Also comes with the original bonnet if you want it, and I will even chuck in my Archos AV700 which can be used to record action from the grill mounted bullet camera, and then simply watch on the device or transfer to your PC. These retail for around £300.

The MOT currently expires on 1st November, but I would be happy to renew this if required (at my cost). To keep Mr Insurance happy the car also has a Tracker fitted, as well as the Cat 1 alarm of course.

As Pete said, it was all a bit sudden really. In fact, I had just paid out for 12 months tax on the white one a couple of days before thinking "I won't be changing it in the next year so may as well get 12 months worth of tax" /pan

And then an opportunity came knocking ...

In an ideal world; if I had the space and the money I would keep both! But, in reality that is not an option. So, the white one will be up for sale shortly! I will be very, very sad to see her go as I love it to bits, but hopefully the black one will make me even happier :pimp2:
