PC Fudge up

Right had a small arse about with Pc and I have now lost most of my partitions on my Hard drives.
They can be seen if if trail free demos of various software so i am just missing some thing?????
Can/ Is there a way to restore these with out paying for someting I'm not sure will work

repair boot sector???

search the interweb for Ultimate boot disk , quite a few disk recovery tools on there and it's free

i prefer hiren's boot cd - ii's free but the tools on it aren't so it's tricky to find if you get me.
