Nice mods on the car (apart from the wheel arches falling apart). Where did he get the extra 19 BHP from? He is not too far from where I live If anyone is interested.

A "Y" plate for a car registered on 20 September 2002?

I would have expected a "52" plate - unless it's meant to be a cherished one (or an import)?

The extra power is from the exhaust in the main. It was about as quick as my V6 sport which had similar Mods. Ian did have it Dynoed and it did managed about 180 brake. It was a very nice car when Ian had it.

I would have expected a "52" plate - unless it's meant to be a cherished one (or an import)? it was imported from Germany in 2002, ex arm forces car

nope straight from some bod from mitsubishi's demo car department, ian knew him through the trade or summink

the old plate was 1800TS i believe, was a very nice car in the flesh, dont know
what its like now, im sure he had 198bhp out of it? was closer to 190 than 180bhp

when you thinking of going to look at it, if im free i might come for a nosey bring the VR down

Werent me, sure it was a VR4 did it have a moon roof? hyeline are selling one in cardiff, might of been that one

Yeah mate it was a white VR4 with eye lids... and its not the same one as hyeline's. Couldnt possibly see if it had a moon-roof, as I was flying on the other side of the road in my mates Civic Type-R!

its back up for sale again, this time with some wishfull pricing, even with those seats wouldnt pay anymore than 1500 for it, its nice but not 4k nice

£1500 is a bit low for nice motor like that, £2000 - £2500 is more realistic.

BTW seen the same leather recaros in an Audi A3 quattro sport. I'd guess galant subframes could be adapted somehow ;)

I dont think he will get 4K.. its a nice car but not worth more than 2.5K.

nowhere near 4k, thats VR4 money, 2k tops i would pay for it, and its in nowhere near as good condition from the pics and as far as i can tell from when lboots had it
