Can anyone let me know what I would need to buy and rough costs , I can do the job myself just want to gather all the bits needed first....
Also are there any known issues, I.e with the electronic side of things when you remove the tippy box?

Nick Mann's done it already. Wodj has got all the bits I understand!

You will need:
Gearbox
Flywheel
Clutch, inc release bearing etc.
Clutch slave cylinder, master cylinder and pipework.
Gear lever & linkage.
Clutch pedal and brake pedal.
The gearbox upper mount.

The elctrical side of things is fine - the inhibitor switch can be shorted so the car thinks it is in neutral. You will have to wire the reverse lights in somehow too.

I think that is everything? The scariest part is drilling a hole in the bulkhead for the clutch master cylinder.....

Driveshafts are okay. It is worth buying a new gearbox/driveshaft seal, though.

the drive plate on the engine is different so you'll need that

Yeah. The auto has a four pronged jobby and the manual has a disc. You will only need the disc for a standard flywheel - most aftermarket ones are a single piece flywheel that bolts to the crank.
