But on my Avatar theres a rep part. Ive seen a few peoples on the forums and they have more bars and are green. Does that have something to do with the amount of post you,ve but on or ur general reputation withing the CVR4?

See the little tick/cross box to the bottom right of everyone's posts?

This lets you add rep to a user if you think their post is any good, useful, etc.
