NEED HELP - What is this part?

Hi all,

I need some help ASAP. This suspension component was found to be bent/stuffed when I had my mates car on the hoist the other day, and now its failed completely. I need to know the part name, where I can get one, and roughly how much.

its just a arm shield, both just unbolt,

i had to replace mine, only the sheid was needed.
(is thats all thats need on his?? nothing else looks damaged)

they are reffered to as "STAY, FR AXLE CROSSMEMBER" by mitsi caps,

MR223601 for the left side
MR223602 for the right side

i can get you both sheilds (used)... have pm'd you
