Hello ive just put down a deposit on a Legnum VR4. I love it, test drove it yesterday and was happy. So hopefully i should be picking it up next Wednesday so i cant wait :d

At the momment its sleeping in a garage needing a new exhaust manifold. But i sent it away yday for repair so TOUCH WOOD the chap ive sent it too can fix it.

But anyway i am looking forward to picking my Legnum up. I will put some pics up soon but it will be next week.

Crikey, similar colour to my Coupe is that - Probably a tad faster though!

What made you go the Rover route? Was it just cost/simplicity? And what running gear are you using on the back of that engine?

Is it a fiat coupe ur on about as i doubt my celica is that fast yet. I didnt fit the engine it was done by one of the previous owners. I saw it on a classic car classified site and it was :sweethear at first site, u know how it goes lol.

Yes its almost the same colour as mine. I share his pain and frustration In getting it back on the road the repair work on mine is a custom job as engine only just fits in her. But still sounds mint when its running :evilgrin:

mate, that is cool! I do like the old celicas they got a sorta bay camaro look about them

Thats how i felt when i first saw her, they do look abit mustangish as well.

Just in case i am getting a bit sidetracked i have just bought a Legnum VR4.

Thanks for all ur comments peeps, the Celica always gets more attention than any of my other cars. Just cant wait to get her back on the road and to some retro car shows.
