rearrangment of smileys

Is it about time the smileys get rearranged, we have an extensive choice of them, yet some of the good ones are in the "More" section, yet these ones :baby: :scholar: :pimp2: :afro: rarely get used, is it possible to get them swapped around, like replace those 4 with maybe /bat/haz :uhoh2: :thumbsup: ?

I think they are set up so the most popular ones are shown.......and of course they tend to stay like that as people can't be bothered to press the "more" button most of the time.
