It should be bottom right of your post. Although it disappears after a few months, IIRC.

where's the edit option gone when you post

Just had a look and it's there for me so this may be something to do with the fact that the thread is within the Committee Announcements area which has different permissions.

As admin, I can edit posts so if you want me to edit anything just send me a PM with the details and I'll sort it.
