Nice car for the classic scene, which Iam looking into, but just cant get my head around that "beige" interior. I know its the 80s look but some how it just doesnt work.

Its been up for sale for some time now.

Whilst I'm not a fan of the hearing-aid beige, I do agree that there is a certain something about this Colt I like. Would be a nice summer car.

There was a yellow Sapporo lived near my Granny's in the mid '80s.

It was the first Mitsubishi I lusted after...

That is fantastic, although there are other retro cars I'd prefer for that money.

beigetastic - I love it!

That has been for sale for sometime now, I think the price has dropped and another price drop will see it snapped up.

Great car, but I'm more a fan of the tartan (?) version,

I own 2 GSR's with the above tartan, and 1 with a black/white interior.

There is still a few Colt Sapporo's (as you guys in the UK call them) around, only problem is the spare parts

I mostly get them from the US (look for Dodge challenger 1978-1985 and Plymouth Sapporo) and Australia (look for Chrysler Scorpion, or Mitsubishi Scorpion)

Still saving up for a 8G Galant VR4 though....

That tartan gives me the horn! There was a very similar (but slightly more subtle, boo) interior in the Mk1 Sciroccos that I've always liked.

That tartan gives me the horn!

Hmmmm, slight worry. Still each to there owe.

Beige is fine, to a certain extent, but the problem seems to be that no matter how much you seem to clean it, it just never seems to look clean, If you know what I mean.

Its like in the Galants, brillant looking car its just the interior.

Grey, black, leather , they all seem to work. Might just be me.
