yeah, the last auck meet we had a couple of years ago was pretty epic with the amount of cars that turned up

Seeing as though we all own Mitsubishis and enjoy driving them, perhaps a small road trip wouldn't be out of the question?

It is starting to get a bit cooler in the early mornings and evenings so I'd suggest we make the most of the fine weather before the winter squall hits us! I'm not sure what sort of interest we'd have from the Hamilton "chapter" but depending on that we could perhaps arrange a place mid-way between our two cities? Unless of course they are prepared to drive to ... wherever :)

I've thought about the satellite dishes at Warkworth. It'd be a cool place for a photo shoot (technology meets technology). Plus Warkworth is a very pleasnt little place with lots of venues for eating / drinking plus a boardwalked river :)

Even though CVR4 have been there before - that was many years ago!

OK - so we have one confirmed :)

I would encourage other members to list alternate venues as well and reasons why we should go there. I don't know how to make this thing into a "vote" kind of thread though?

Depends on how long the trip is as I have a 5 month old son which kinda limits things... Be good to meet you guys, and catch up with Zal(Zitchu) as it has been a couple years since we've chatted
