APEX springs - any good?

been looking at these (amongst other things) for the Sport:

has anyone tried them??

I know the "which springs" question has been done to death and my standard response is "Eibach" but the cheapest Eibachs I can find are £170 + £15 P&P (ouch!!!):speechles

So the apex ones look good value, but are they any good?

I think Ian had a set of Apex springs on his GLS after one of his Eibachs snapped?

i think Ian had ventura springs on last, I'm sure i read that whilst searching on v6 springs
