Just found this site this morning and had to join. I drive a lancer Gsr when it's not n the garage and a volvo850 t5 other than that.
I'm going to look at a 1990 galant vr4 tomorrow in cork. Anyone have any idea this should cost?
I'm also a super mid on midnightclub here in Ireland so if I can do anything for anyone there just gimme a shout.

No idea on the prices of the 1990 VR-4, sorry. I recall a couple on here recently that were in the region of £1,500 (IIRC) - but I think you have to factor in some additional costs other than the exchange rate (such as import costs and taxes), before getting a true comparison to a 6G VR-4 that's already registered in Ireland.

This particuler vr4 is already registered here. The clutch needs to be done and there's a small tip on front of it. He's looking for €2000 for it as is. Bit over the top I'm thinking.

Its twice the price you should be willing to pay. To buy the clutch kit alone will cost you 700 euro. It' got to cost at least 300 euro to fit, at least.
