Are they modified from another part, or a 'BDA' style - made out of stickyback-plastic.

I bought carbon fibre universal mudflaps from Demon Tweeks (not sure if they still do these as I can no longer find them on their web site?), these were around £90 for a set of 4. I ordered the reflective ralliart stickers from Japan, though I'm sure you can get them in UK.
