hey all from sunny bristol (not today!)
i have finally taken the plunge and bought a vr4 legnum, what a treat of a car!
i used to run an estate 2.0 gls a few years ago, but after a couple of years in the wilderness (escort van) i collected the beast yesterday!
i've been a fan for quite a few years now and am impressed by the work you guys have put into this website, it has proved very useful with regards to information and tips, so i hope you can help me on this one...
can anyone recommend a mechanic/tuner or garage in the bristol area, i had a look round a few years ago but nothing turned up. i dont mind travelling to someone who is reliable, within reason.
cheers for the help, hope to see you guys at a meet, full membership is in the pipeline, need to replenish the bank!

/Welcome

It's a little trot along the M4, but Eurospec 2000 in Guildford are the DBs! Benh from there posts up on here quite a bit too!

Welcome.

Yep as Nev says, Eurospec 2000 in Guildford are superb! They have my car at the moment as I'm getting some go-faster bits fitted.

Also, about the same(ish) distance up the M5 is Nick Mann. Good for plenty of stuff is good old Nick :p

And finally, we want pics of the car /yes

I second these statements ;)

I'd second (or third) the eurospec one but have no personal experience with them yet but as you can see they do come highly recommended by the club :)

Hi Welcome...

Show us some pics of your car.! If you want to come to an event then Japfest @ Castle coombe would be an excellent choice. May 16th from memory. There will be at least 30 VR4's there.

As far as garages, Guildford isn't too bad from Bristol, so yeah i'd say go to Eurospec, they've certainly done a good job with my car in the past.

Hi and welcome to club and the growing number of west country owners. As Matt said above, pop along to Japfest on the 16th May at Combe and see VR4's on track or better still get yours on track as well ...I think theres a couple of spaces left. There is also a mini meet at Cheddar this Saturday.

There is also AP Motors in Plymouth they know a bit about VR4's as well
