Just fitted a new inner driveshaft boot to Keiths VR4 which was bought from Camskill. In the past they have supplied the Evo boot as a replacement and some people have found these to be a bit shorter.
They appear to have now changed the boot to one which is the same length as the original which is a blueprint part.

Oh that's good news. It was nigh-on impossible to get the EVO boot to fit securely without going mental on the clamps - and even if you did get it fitted, I'm not sure how long it would have lasted in an already 'stretched' state.

Just out of interest, did you get any grease with the boot kit? If you did, was it the traditional moly CV grease or was it more like the Mitsubishi Original, which is more like runny custard?

It was moly type grease Kieran. I had the nice custard coloured stuff in the OE one I replaced a year or so ago.

Are the LH & RH inner boots the same size? I know the RH is high temp silicone, but apart from that are they the same?
