I've had my galant sports gt for nearly a year now and have only just found your website. I am slowly building my way up to a vr4 and was looking for one when I came across the sports gt version. Has anyone any experience of this version, heres the spec
galant sports gt 2.0L v6 twin turbo 4wd
looks like family hatchback-not been beaten from lights yet
I've attached a photo. I didn't like the colour scheme either-then I drove it!!

Welcome to the site!! :)

I haven't seen a VR-4 in that shape either, I've seen the really old one that is quite square.

it drives beautifully, pulls all the way through the rev range. With the 4wd I have to get it rolling before I can floor it though, I dont even want to think about a new clutch.
As for handling I havn't got it sideways yet even when i've tried to.

I was lucky, the whole car was immaculate when i got it considering it's a 1995 with 50k on the clock. Even underneath was like new either the roads in Japan are very clean or the previous owner really loved his car.

Yeah thats the 6A12TT engine that I was considering dropping in my FTO its the 2ltr V6 Twinturbo 240bhp as standard.
The FTO comes with a 6A12 engine so thought it would be an easy swap, but everything is the wrong way round compared to the FTO. So I went for the 6A13TT instead.
