Has anyone modified the blank in the cooler of a non pollen filter car to take a filter?

I bought mine in a motor factor and it cost me 50 Euro, they wont take it back as i opened the box and that it was my mistake, not theirs as they had to order it. Dont mind what i sell it for once someone gets use of it and i can cut my loss.

2 weeks ago I installed a pollen filter in the Legnum, which was the first filter the car ever received as I was surpised to see a blank panel where the filter should go in! I used a knife to cut the blank away and installed the filter no problemo.

Bump, still for sale, come on someone must have smelly aircon.

It also doubles up as a mask for painting if you add some elecky tape!!!
