bumpy bump, still got this problem and its annoying now we have some decent weather.
an if you have leather seats you all know how nasty it can get as you peal yourself off and out of your seat!

niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!

Remove the switch and see, if it gets better. If it does, replace the switch - if it doesn't - you're on fire, man.../yes

The 12V power goes throught the fuse directly to the switch and then to the seats (if you switch them on!) So if there's something wrong, it can only be the switch...

Or, if you'e got a multitester, measure at the connector under the seats (3-pin white one). All wires but black, must give 0V when switch is off. The black wire is always 0V = ground:p

you could also do a seat of the pants test, hop in the car when its been out of the sun, jump in the back 1st (i assume they arnt heated), then jump in the front, if they are on the front will be warmer

i get garry to test when he gets back an rested up.
the backs arnt heated.

i just find it very strange, how they seem to be heated when all is off.
i cant rememebr if they were like this before we swaped the carpits over or not now!
