Japfest Gazebo Update

Got confirmation from the organisers today that our stand will be on CONCRETE this year (near the trade stands). So, please can anyone who offered to bring a gazebo confirm they have the base attachments to go with it (the ones you fill with water). And do you have the side curtains for it too (so people who want to hide from the sun for a bit can do so) ?

Gazebo YES....water stands NO side panels NO :rolleyes: I will try and find some weights to attach to the legs but ive no chance in finding any sides...ask Kieren for some old bed sheets.......
