how do you remove the fluid flywheel on an auto vr4?????

You mean the Torque convertor ????

undo the fly cover plate and there are 4 17mm holding the TC onto the shear plate

in the members section there is a document that5 descrobes the removal process ( I'm sure there is )

Takes around 5 hrs to drop everything off to be able to change the TC

think its the fly cover plate in having bother with. does it jst screw off??

Sorry but to ask that suggests your looking in the wrong place as there are just a 10 mm bolt and a 12mm bolt hold the plate in place

i'd be more concerned that if you dont know what your looking at why are you pulling an auto box apart?
