I have a factory one in good order. Won't want much for it, although postage might be a few $$$s!

Are there any standard Evo ones on TradeMe? They are a direct fit. The Evo VIII 260 MR is a plastic one too, and goes on no probs (that's what I now have - got it just because it was newer, and cheap), just the little vacuum pipe connects in a slightly different position, but I got the pipe to stretch.

Standard EVO 7-9 ones are plastic and aren't any better than stock.

Considering the price of the evo ones, how does $30 sound?

Perhaps not - but they are a lot newer and less likely to be subject to ageing problems.
