Just thought I'd introduce myself. :)

Currently drive a Volvo T4 as my Legnum has been hijacked by darling husband to take him off to work during the week. :)

I'm Turbo_Steve's wife & the only way I get to talk to him these days is via the Chat Room! :)

Am definitely a VR4 Widow.... :(

Anita, we can join forces :)

Here's my official welcome to you too.

The Volvo isn't bad actually...it's reasonably quick....feels more "hot hatchy" than the legnum and is lot lot lot better than fuel. And it's very.,...VERY quiet.

That said, it will only ever understeer, it has a tendency to need a tiller to get round corners. Oh and I keep banging my head on the roof.

It's really really nice to have my Darling missus online with me, and even better to have this little voice pop up telling me to stop spending money. It really is.

Mrs B - we should definitely join forces. :D

Thank you for the welcome, everyone.

Hi and welcome and this is one reason why Cathy hasnt been to a meet yet cos I definately don't need her encouraged by any other wives, partners or significant others to hate me/any car related activities anymore than she already does or I am going to be sleeping in the shed!

Mice_Elf is just another way of saying "myself". Not terribly imaginative, I'm afraid! :)

I shall start a new forum. VR4Widows.com. We shall arrange meets in whatever cars we drive. We shall NOT spend money on shinies & carbon fibre bimblies. We will not participate in group buys. We shall not expect random parcels through the post ordered by our other halves containing "just" something else.

:D :D
