Nice one :)

Jude and I have been house-hunting for a few months now, a long (and sometimes tedious) process, but must be good to finally get it sorted.

im glad its over!
didnt have to look at many places before i was sick of it,

real estate agents just dont listen, kept calling about places in the wrong area,
out of our price range, or didnt meet my one requirement of a double garage /wall

Estate agents, along with dentists, are a scourge :rifle:

House hunting here too. Looks like you found a real good place Gly!

Gly

yep, we're happy with it..

the place will need some TLC this coming spring/summer.
but nothing we cant handle.

also started gathering/buying our house basic essentials. (TradeMe is great for bargain furniture!)
lounge suite, dinning table/chairs, pots & pans, other kitchen stuff, etc.

got enough room stuff between us, just no real house stuff,
