I bought this car as a fresh import in Feb 2008. It is in excellent condition (As seen at Japfest) for the year and being an import it has no rust. Mechanically, it is absolutely superb, no lifter tap or other noises. AYC fully working as it should without fitting one of my switches. I had the cam belt done plus all other belts by my local Mitsi dealer shortly after I got it, as a precaution. All recalls have been done in Japan with stickers on the back window to prove.

The car is completely unmodified except for new EVO8 wheels and new Eagle F1's fitted last October. I will also include the original 16" 6 spoke wheels with tyres in the sale.

Indicated mileage is made up as 90,679 Km (56.2K miles) @ import and conversion plus 12.3K miles I've put on it. So it's a 68.5 K mile car.

I have personally changed all oils to Amsoil with engine and
AYC clutch pack oils changed at 4K intervals. I have also changed brake fluid to Super Blue and fitted Red Stuff pads all round.

Sorry to disappoint but the car is now sold.

The new owner will introduce himself in due course and will, I'm sure, become an active member of this great club.;)

Certainly no plans to get rid of it just at the moment mate. It's going to be off the road for a while shortly as it needs some work doing so at least I will have the Purple Lightning (erm, does that work) to run around in whilst that is happening.

BTW, for those that have not driven a manual VR-4, 'do it' ... Malc's felt noticeably quicker than mine on the test drive. Of course, my white one is a 260bhp being a PFL auto and the purple one is 280bhp being a manual but not only that, the manual car just feels so much more responsive.

The auto is brilliant, don't get me wrong. It has completely converted me to autos in so much as I now realise just how good they can be.

But, the manual just seems to bring the car to life. I am sure it will make driving a VR-4 on track a whole new experience.
