I can actually go one better. I used to bat at either 6 or 7 and went in against St. Vincent's School for the Deaf.

They were a poor school - all the stumps were different shades of yellow and they had no bails either?!

Anyway - I was bowled and turned to start walking and the umpire signaled a wide instead! :quasi:

Dont get it, he bowled, the batter missed, the only thing that should be dismissed is cricket itself for being a real sport /lol

What game was that in. It was a herendous judgement. the ball mist his bat by about 12". there wasn't even an appeal for out.

Is that because it takes a bit of intelligence to understand it?

Just wonder why the batsman just walked away without even questioning it ?

So... the fellow with the bat is supposed to hit the ball? I'll look it up from wikipedia orsomething... looks a little boring...
