hi im new on here,ive got a manual boost controler and not sure were it goes on my legnam vr4,please can any one help with or without pics,thanks kev

its helped a little,i see were the blue pipe comes of but were does the other pipe go to,the black one,cheers

The black one which should have a red tip comes from the boost solenoid and attaches to the inlet pipe in the pic

The black one is originally on the nipple that the blue pipe is connected to. You can cut it or as I did connect it to the bottom of The MBC & put another piece of pipe from the MBC to the nipple.

im having problems with my boost i have turned it up but the guage is not going any higher than 0.5 what could be the problem ?

When you say you have turned it right up what do you meen?

You have to screw it out for less boost & in for more boost.

Have you got it the right way round?

Some pics of you install if you can do it would help.

i got the car off criss and it was already in me mate has had a look and said it was wrong put when he sorted it out it still doesnt go up and thats with winding it in

I've heard great things about MBC's. Apparently they help reduce boost spikes.

Other way round on mine mate in for less out for more.
